Vegetarian: It can be healthy as long as you make it a point to get enough protein and iron from other foods. Think eggs, cheese, beans together with a grain like rice, and quinoa. Milk is ok but not enough to be considered a protein food. Try all kinds of vegetables, eat a variety of fruits, eat whole grains. Leave out the junk as much as possible!
