Yes, in general: Meat is not intrinsically bad as it contains protein, b vitamins, some minerals, and some fats. There is a debate on whether non-grass fed beef full of hormones and possible antibiotics is healthy, whether the saturated fat in meat causes heart disease, etc. But eaten in a grass-fed, lean, uncured form, no more than once a week in a small portion is okay. Vegetarians needs to get B12 from non-food.
