One of two: Sinusitis can be of dental origin or not. If you have an infection of an upper posterior tooth, or a tooth that has an unsuccessful root canal treatment, you could have an sdo (sinusitis of dental origin). See an endodontist who uses a microscope routinely. Otherwise see an ent.
