I've been taking a mucinex d every morning for a few weeks because i suffer from chronic sinusitis and it usually helps to stop it from getting worse, requiring treatment. i now have a sore throat and discomfort in both ears; feel lousy. should i continue

Ear pain: You maybe getting a sinus infection. Give it a day or so and if it doesn't get better then get it checked out.
