Could you tell me what is the treatment for chronic sinusitis?

Surgery: Chronic sinusitis is defined as sinus infection that has lasted for more than 3 months or 90 days. Usually this problem has been treated with multiple antibiotics and steroids. If the symptoms of pain, pressure and fullness accompanied by yellow nasal drainage continue for more 90 days, it means that the passages from the sinuses to the nose are blocked and they need to be surgically enlarged.

One of two: Sinusitis can be of dental origin or not. If you have an infection of an upper posterior tooth, or a tooth that has an unsuccessful root canal treatment, you could have an sdo (sinusitis of dental origin). See an endodontist who uses a microscope routinely. Otherwise see an ent.
