Motrin: If it doesn't hurt - nothing. If you can rinse and keep clean, that will help. If it hurts and you have a hole you can fill with an over the counter temporary filling material. Read the label and make sure it has "oil of cloves" or eugenol as an ingredient. 600mg of Ibuprofen will help with pain.
