Wrist fracture: Allows one to still move their fingers and often the elbow as well. I tell my patient that typically a fractured wrist does not mean dont use the hand at all in fact its a good time to make sure one uses their fingers, puts them through a full rom so stiffness doesn not occur. The same for the elbow and shoulder. Talk to your doctor and if it is ok then use your hand. Youll cope a lot better
