Public/County Aid: If its an emergency, any local emergency room should be able to provide emergent care. If non urgent, i would suggest calling your local hospital and asking the social worker for assistance. Many emergency rooms will have social workers and can be extremely valuable sources of information to get the care your husband might need. Good luck.
