Common: Unfortunately, this can be a common occurrence after a wrist fracture. The prominent ulna can be a result of two issues. First, malalignment of the radius bone can cause the ulna to be more prominent. Second, wrist fractures can sometimes cause instability of the distal radioulnar joint (druj). This can cause a prominent ulna too. I would recommend an evaluation by an orthopaedic hand surgeon.
