So i broke my wrist and hand 2 years ago and it started bothering me yesterday night. the pain in on the palm side almost radiating to my fingers.

Recent trauma: If there has been recent trauma to the area, then DR visit is needed for exam and x ray. If no trauma, then try taking advil (ibuprofen) 200 mg 3 times per day with food, for the next few days. If no improvement, or is worsening, then DR visit.

Carpal tunnel syndro: It could be carpal tunnel syndrome. A night time wrist splint and Aleve (naproxen) 500mg2 times a day after food for 4 weeks should settle it. If not you will need nerve conduction tests

Further comments: Agree with Dr Rhoades, but would add that pain may be secondary to irritation of nerve at wrist, such as a secondary carpal tunnel syndrome. Have docs check for this also.
