Why?: Why do you want to quit? Not obtaining or reaching your goals. I am almost 52 and my life style involves working out at least 5 days per week and I am always watching what I eat. You have to get to the point in your life where these things are not burdens or chores, but a life style that you enjoy and incorporate them into your everyday life. If this is what you want.

Sort of: There are certain triggers/cues/thoughts which occur automatically that secondarily influence actions/eating. Typically they have been called internal (emotions) and external (learned cues; conditioning).
