Stop drinking: First and foremost, and this can be dangerous in smoke drinkers - if you get morning shakes or severe anxiety, you may need medical help. Use of support groups, including aa, smart recovery, women for sobriety, lifering secular recovery and others. Many people need formal treatment programs which are available in most places. Talk to your doctor about a referral. Your family may need its own help.
