Not probable: I do not know what you mean by "places showing up". If you are referring to areas that itch, they can be from many reasons. Cancer of the skin of the face and legs in a 21 y/o female is highly, highly unlikely. I suggest you see your primary care doctor or dermatologist.

Need more info!: "spots" on the face can be caused by many things. Skin examination by a doctor (primary care doctor or dermatologist) is very important and can often give you an answer. Cancer of the skin can happen at any age particularly if you had multiple skin burns or exposure to tanning beds. Overall, skin cancer is less likely but not impossible at age of 21. Get this checked out soon!
