You know: The floor of the tongue and the back of the throat gets swollen, so it obstructs the flow or air causing sob and drooling when there is difficulty swallowing. Or secretions or anything swallowed can be aspirated. Hmn, just think of the tissues and organs involved.

I'm concered if i have Ludwig's Angina. I have 1 or 2 teeth on bottom that may need attention. I have no problem breathing now, no fever. Would 1st step be to go to ER or get the dental treatment.
