Not angina: "texidor's twinge", "stitch" or what-have-you. Your description is classic. This is very common and i believe it's caused by a little transient wrinkle in the pleura. It vanishes when you fill your lungs to maximum capacity, right?

chest pain: Does not sound like angina. What kind of exercise are you doing. Lifting weights? Could be muscular, rib or lung lining irritation.
