Why did i one night felt almost paralysed and had a tingeling feeling in half of my body in some seconds? i slept on my back.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

This may be: Sleep paralysis, which is a result of dysregulated rem sleep. Can be linked to other sleep disorders such as narcolepsy or sleep apnea. Can occur in isolation; however, if recurrent, seek care with your doctor.
