Can a female still grow taller 18 and older ?

Very unlikely: Your growth occurs through "growth plates" in your bones. By 18, these growth plates have almost always closed in females. Very occasionally are still a tiny bit open in males. If it has been 2-3 years since the onset of your periods. Your growth is done. You are where you are at this point and i bet you are a wonderful person.

Very unlikely: Once you go through puberty and your bone growth plates close off, you will not grow taller. Unless you had a delayed puberty, you are probably done growing.
