No, you should not: Modern cts deliver the dose well below the thresholds known to marginally increase the chances of cancer. At this point there is no sound evidence that people who had multiple cts due to valid reasons in the course of their lifetime have higher incidence of cancers than general population. Four cts in four years would be an unlikely cause of cancer.

Not really: There has been a lot of recent publicity about the high radiation exposure from ct scans. There is a small increased risk but it is still very small. Don't confuse "increased" with "high"!
