The theoretical: risk of radiation induced cancer is based on your cumulative radiation dose over your lifetime. In other words, it is the sum of all exposures, not any single particular exposure. The radiation of 11 CTs is not likely to cause cancer, but you can calculate the theoretical increased risk with an easy to use tool at xrayrisk.com

Can be a problem: Cumulative radiation exposure over time can increase your risk of getting cancer. At 38, you are young to have had so many CT's. You don't say what your symptoms are to drive so many tests, but if they are all done for the same symptoms and are repeatedly normal, I would stop getting them.
