3 full body ct scans how much radiation is that plus 3 x-rays im worried about radiation induced cancer what are the risks?

No risk: Like a lot of people, you misunderstand risks from ratiation for diagnostic tests. The radiation exposure from these xrays is very low, won't cause cancer or any other problem. You'd have to have hundreds or maybe thousands of such tests to be at meaninful risk.
