I have a bad sore throat it pains so much to swallow. i had it suddenly along with fever and chills. i have taken 3 doses of 250mg levofloxacin and it has been more than 24hrs, im slight feverish and chills are gone but my throat still hurts awfully.

Sore Throat: Hard to determine from your note if it is a viral or bacterial etiology. If the pain is not improving you should see a primary care provider or go to an ED to have your throat examined.
