I'm not sure what is going on with my neck. it looks like i swallowed a ball and it's stuck. i had a fever at one point and some mild cold symptoms. the swelling will not go away. any ideas?

Probably enlarged lymph node, although there are many less likely causes. You know what to do, see your Physician. Rule of thumb is that any pain and/or bleeding and/or SWELLING requires investigation.Best choice see your GP. If you don't have one (and you really should), go to Urgent Care. This is probably not can ER problem.
