: Probably enlarged lymph node, although there are many less likely causes. You know what to do, see your Physician. Rule of thumb is that any pain and/or bleeding and/or SWELLING requires investigation.Best choice see your GP. If you don't have one (and you really should), go to Urgent Care. This is probably not can ER problem.
