Pre-auricular pain: This could be a temporomandibular joint condition from grinding the teeth at night. Other possibilities include a musculoskeletal neck condition, a dental issue, a specific ear problem, parotid gland issue, lymph node inflammation, and other possibilities. You need to see and ENT and possibly a dentist.
