23 i have had on & off migraines & today is the 3rd day of having them, should i be worried & go to the hospital? pain shifts sides, pain in ears & also down back of neck, its not there in the morning or after a nap, neck pain has been worse

Neck pain: This isn't a classic migraine pattern. In view of the neck discomfort a muscle contraction tension type reaction is more likely. If your neck pain is severe it would be best to be examined so that a proper diagnosis is made and you can be prescribed appropriate treatment which may include muscle relaxants.
