Was the diagnosis: Made with x-ray, or catscan(or mri) see your orthopod for reason of your pain. These things don/'t go away! check it out!

It happens..: Assuming the diagnosis is correct you should do well with core strengthening. Back pain is extremely common and aggravated by our poor body mechanics. Pilates and yoga can help tremendously. If things get worse see a spine specialist.

Grade 1 spondylo: Most cases have minimal or no symptoms. Double check to make sure that there is no associated disc disease or other pathology and that it is truly grade 1.
