In all probability: Your hand is still recovering from trauma and that can cause some swelling that keeps the tendons from "sliding" as easy as they should. It may take up to 6 months, but as long as you are not having the tendon staying in a fixed position it should be ok.

Nerve damage: Peripheral nerves do heal but it does take time to regenerate. Occupational therapists will work on improving range of motion and reducing tendon tightness too. Discuss your progress with the surgeon who repaired your hand to obtain an assessment of your progress.
