My tsh was 4.10 high, so my gyn suggested levothyroxine 0.025mg, after one month it is 0.666, is it normal, can i stop taking the tablets?

No: Thyroid replacement is for maintenance, not cure. You'll need to have this monitored indefinitely unless your hypothyroidism was due to a specific limited illness such as dequervain's granulomatous thyroiditis.
