Depends: on what units the above measurment is in. Generally a level of 0.270 - 4.200 uU/ml is normal so the above value can be considered low which is indicative of excess levothyroxine. Speak with your physician for a proper interpretation.

Thyroid cancer: Hi. From your history, I must assume you had papillary or follicular thyroid cancer. Please confirm. It makes a huge difference. Your TSH is low (suppressed), as it SHOULD be for maintenance after surgery and RAI for differentiated thyroid cancer. We need much more information than you gave us. Good luck!
