More than brushing: Try flossing everyday and brush your tongue. Remember brushing doesn't clean in between your teeth. If you don't floss, plaque and food can build up, cause your gums to be inflamed and cause bad breath. Also, an antibacterial mouthwash can help as well. You should go see your local dentist as well if you haven't had a cleaning in the last 6 months. Good luck to you!

Many possibilities: Maybe you have food impaction if not flossing thoroughly. Also, sinus drainage and gastric reflux could be other causes. If dental exam is ok, check with doctor about other causes.
