You need protein: Omega3 and omega 6 are good to take through your diet and not supplements ratio od omega6 to omega3 should be 1to4 omega 3 source are fatty fish, treenuts and flax seeds omega6 sources are walnut oil, sesame oil, mayonnaise, margarine, olive oil, turkey, chicken.Almonds grounded, sunflower seds but to build muscles you need to eat more protein in diet and muscle building exercises.

It depends: No universal answer; it depends on your diet and genetics. No sure what type of omega 3 ; 6 is in that one, but salmon oil has epa ; dha. The salmon oil is probably better but make sure it is purified. Omega-3: Most people get sufficient omega-6 fats in their diets; in contrast, unless you are eating fatty fish regularly, you are likely not consuming sufficient omega-3's. While it's not likely necessary to consume additional omega-6's from supplements, omega-3 supplements are probably a good idea. That said, whether they come from salmon oil or any other oil doesn't matter much (except in the cost!).
