Easy filling at meal: It means you need to see your doctor. Early satiety, the fancy words for getting full fast, can be a symptom of gastro-esophageal reflux. You need to be evaluated.

See doctor: Since you have multiple issues, it is best for you to consult your doctor regarding them. It appears that you have asthma as well, and thus it is not surprising that you likely have hay fever (allergic rhinitis) as well causing you to sneeze.
