Rhinosinusitis : which means inflammation of your nasal cavity, mainly, and probably your sinuses too. Saline nasal washes can help, together with OTC antihistamines, and steroid nasal sprays, till you see your doctor, a specialist, ENT or an Allergist, if you have access to one, good luck
