Well, some people w: Anxiety become focused on urinating and the need to urinate. As a result they may urinate often. By urinating so often, they are likely to have less fluid volume. This becomes a vicious cycle. Cognitive behavioral therapy can help. On the other hand, it is always important to rule out any medical causes for urinary symptoms first (your physician or a urologist).
