I have chronic anxiety. can moments of severe stress / anxiety / worry cause you to urinate large volumes of clear urine (although small fluid intake) every 1hour for about a day (during stressor and hours after, while body still feels drained)?

Stress and anxiety can certainly affect urination. That is fairly common and might be best controlled with a small amount of an SSRI.

Anxiety can give you frequency but not increase the volume voided which depends on volume taken, type of fluids weather etc. Pl have urine checked and anxiety treated and you should be OK
