Is it normal to have a low grade fever of 99.4 - 99.8 al the time?

MAY BE FOR SOME: It may be normal for some but not most.For most normal temp is 98.4 and if it is 99.4to99.8 all the time one has to find what is the cause of it.There are many conditions which can cause persistent low grade temperature and if all is ruled out than one can say it is normal temp for that person so it may be normal temp for some people.
