Is it normal for my hr to be low/mid 50's while sleeping/lying down? has woken me up couple times. also have anxiety. resting daytime hr is 70s-80s. i am 32yo, healthy, not an athlete. does myocarditis act this way? had mild covid 6wks ago, no fever?

Heart Rate Questions: It is normal for our heart rate to be lower while we are asleep and higher during the day. It would be more typical for myocarditis to present with an elevated heart rate, chest pain, fever, and shortness of breath among other symptoms.
