Get checked: Bright red blood is usually from a hemorrohoid or a anal fissure. The nausea & discomfort between the shoulder blades could be a gall bladder issues. I would recommend you sit down with your doctor and discuss these to see if it warrants further diagnostic studies such as an ultrasound or lab work.
