My ears ache, pop multiple times a day, i get dizzy from time to time but only for a minute or so, nauseous, headaches (which is normal), low fever ?

See your doctor: The combination of your symptoms points to a potential problem with the middle or outer ear, possibly an infection such as otitis media. A lot of the time, this can be diagnosed with a an office visit to look at your ears. That would be a great start. Good luck.
