Oxycodone: Opioid "best for pelvic neuropathic pain" might be guided by recommendations of Dr. McCarlburg, pain management expert at San Diego Medical School; as relates to disordered SIJ ligament pain w. sciatica; for which he recommended generous dosages: 10's of mg of OxyContin, b.i.d. However, with current arbitrary federal-mandated generous roll-back of opioids in general, it is anybody's guess.
