Opiate withdrawal?: You say you have recently quit suboxone, and protracted opioid withdrawal may take weeks or months to resolve. You should be checked for iron deficiency if you haven't been already. There are several other medications (other than requip) that could be tried. If your Suboxone was not properly tapered, going back on it on a low dose (like 2-4 mg) and reducing it by 1 mg every 2 weeks might help.

RLS: If you have undertreated restless legs syndrome (rls), please consult your sleep medicine specialist to manage it. There are many other options available besides Requip and lyrica (pregabalin). Also avoid caffeine close to bedtime and regularize your bedtime, which can help with the RLS symptoms. Hope this helps!
