Wow: You have really tried them all! I am so sorry that none of them worked and you are still in pain. I would suggest several things. First, make an appointment to see a specialist...rheumatology or pain management. Then the FMS basics: if you smoke, quit; if you are overweight, do everything you can to try and lose; gentle exercise; keep a sleep diary to take to the specialist. Good luck to you!
