Appropriate Diet: 1900 kcal diet per day is a lot of calories for someone that might not have a physical workout for at least 2 hours every day. Despite the previous beliefs and customary teachings of a regular diet being 1800 - 2000 kcal per day, but in reality, unless you play basketball or tennis or perform any physically demanding exercise as your daily routine, you may see weight gain and increase of fbs.
