My father is 50years, his fasting blood sugar is 108 and postprandial blood sugar is 205. is it normal? if not what diet to follow? thank you!

Need to control BS: Your father has to see his doctor , for medication and diet . Complications of diabetes like kidney failure , vascular & peril nerve degeneration problems could be prevented by early intervention , just eating low carbohydrates, exercise is not enough need physician supervised treatments.
