My fasting blood sugar 104-110 every day, obese, all labs fine, lipid panel perfect, on a diet to lose weight, father diabetic, starting to do exercise. should i see a doctor? how long after diet and exercise should i see improvement on my bs?

Diabetes (type 2) risk is accentuated with obesity, and with a parent who is diabetic, it is preventable if efforts of weight loss and exercise are seriously undertaken. Improvement of risks depends on the effort made.
