Are you asking what: Medications can help with anxiety? If yes, buspar, (buspirone) selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and benzodiazapines are a few types of medication. However, if it stress ; not anxiety - medications usually aren't required. There are many things you can do to help without use of meds. Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hrs of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity.
