Yes.: mirtazepine is an excellent medication to trear anxiety as well as insomnia.Occasional side effects can be water retention. Mirtazepine is used at low doses very successfully for insonia, 7.5..mg for example yo could halve the mirtazeoine and it would be cheaper. pLESASE TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR WHO PRESCrIBED THE MEDICATIONS for more details if needed
