New hypothesis: Andrew C. Gallup, PhD, a postdoctoral research associate at Princeton University, believes that he has uncovered the reason why people yawn--to cool the brain. If this is the case, we ought not to prevent yawning, because it serves a physiologic purpose. Other reasons for yawning do not apply to you, because you state that you're not stressed and that your oxygen saturations and PFT are normal.

Fatigue: There can be various different reasons for this, anxiety is a common cause, sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea & narcolepsy certain neuro & psych d/o are in the differential, sometimes being overweight & obese can be a cause. Recommend healthy low carb diet, regular exercise, at least 8 hrs of sleep w/ regular bed time & awakening. If not improved consider getting a sleep study done
