WBC has been hi whole life. Latest result: Hi WBC, low RDW, hi Neutrophils, 2+ Occult Blood, positive ANA direct, hi Complement C3, Serum, hi antichromatin antibody. C reactive protein & sed rate normal. Does this point to anything or inconclusive?
CBC results received with White blood cell and Red blood cell both are very low. RDW is very low, MPV is very low and HCG is high..I never had CBC this way before. I am not feeling well..I am feeling very week,ANA TEST is Positive. what can be?

Both thumb joints at wrist are sore, one worse than the other. Blood test shows Rf of 25, Sedimentation of 21, ANA negative, CRP negative, WBC 2.1....should I be concerned about RA?
C3 Complement high, CRP high, Alpha 2 Glob high, WBC elevated/neutrophils high, ANA 1:640 IF DFS, other blood tests appear normal, pain, fatigue, and brain fog. rheum does not think SLE, referred back to PCP, what could we be looking at here?
