It is a : Commitment you have to make to yourself. Basically brushing well (at least two minutes a day), using dental floss and or some inter-proximal cleaning adjunct, and finally brushing your tongue. If financially you are able to invest in a quality mechanical toothbrush like a braun oral b triumph and a waterpik - if will be money well spent.
