Yes : Water picks are better then doing nothing , so are tooth picks , floss . Water picks are like the touch less car wash , they will clean the car but a brush wash ( floss) is more abrasive and cleans debrie better.

Yes: Yes but only as a supplement to normal brushing. The point is to not have food debris or plaque on your teeth. If you don't carry floss or a tooth brush around, might i suggest rinsing with plain water after eating?

Yes: A water pik removes plaque from in between the teeth and is especially helpful for people who can not or do not floss.

Yes: A water pick will help remove more plaque than not using it. It should always be used in conjunction with good brushing and dental exams.
